We felt we had to write to you because we are so pleased with the excellent service you have given us.

Like most people, our main concern was to get the quality drive we wanted, at a reasonable cost.

We prepared ourselves for routine inconvenience, setbacks and disappointments which seem to go with having building work done around the home.

But you gave us a highly professional service from start to finish, and there was no hassle!!:

• All the stages were explained step by step
• We were consulted at each vital point
• You worked round our family arrangements
• You cleaned as you went
• All our ongoing requests were answered with patience and enthusiasm and you guided us through decisions, making sure we fully understood the implications.
• You didn't move on from one step to the next until you were certain that we were happy
• It was clear from the beginning that you knew exactly what you were doing - Everything went exactly to Plan!!

We've ended up with a fabulous drive which looks very much like the cobbled surface in St John's Square which took contractors a year to lay and apparently cost the Council more than one million pounds!

As you know everyone who sees our drive asks for your business card because it just looks so good!
